He specializes in corporate accounting, financial management, governance and internal controls, acquisitions, establishing new legal entities, business planning, managing large-scale projects, and implementing enterprise-level ERP systems.
Walid Hafez

An expert in Business Development, Travel, Tourism, and Digital Marketing with over three decades of experience.
He has a proven track record of launching and managing large-scale projects and developing market strategies across global markets, his extensive expertise spans tourism, hospitality, entertainment, logistics, and e-marketing.
Walid has held key leadership roles with major travel brands such as American Express, Thomas Cook, CWT, and Misr Travel, where he strengthened his proficiency in inbound and outbound tourism, MICE services, and digital transformation.

A distinguished hospitality executive with over three decades of expertise in hotel and hospitality management,
He began his career with the prestigious Starwood Hotels group, gaining invaluable experience across acclaimed properties such as the Forte Grand Pyramids Hotel and Le Méridien Hotels in Egypt.
He developed proven ability to oversee large-scale hotel operations and drive profitability, particularly during his tenure as Vice President of Operations at Retaj Hotels & Hospitality Company, and most recently as Managing Director of Asset Operations at Misr Travel.
Talal Alaeddine
